The Heavy Maintenance Representative acts as a company representative directly overseeing work and interfacing with all respective parties to complete the scheduled work with the highest degree of quality, on time and on budget.
The Quality Control (QC) Specialist plays a critical role in upholding and enhancing product quality across Minted.com. Responsible for auditing all product launches to ensure they meet Minted’s quality standards. Ensures timely resolution of bugs, manages relevant Merch Ops tickets in JIRA, and analyzes quality data to drive continuous improvement. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward process optimization.
